Unity Greeter - Implement the session change menu design

Implement design of session change menu.

The visual appearance should be exactly as shown in the attached visual design ( login_meassurement-02.png ).

To create this menu, two visual assets are attached to this bug:
- session_select_background.png
- session_select_texture.png

If any additional visual assets are required please contact Rosie.

Note that there should be *NO* mouse-over effect on the cog.

The session select texture is not consistent with that used in Unity quicklist and Dash border.

It's consistent with the login box and as such also with the current Unity Greeter design scheme.

Could you elaborate on how this dialog will look with wider entries and having more than three (e.g. KDE). i.e. we can't make it exactly the same height as the login box.

Could you send me:
1. A list of all the possible entries that you are aware of (I know there will be others that you can't predict).
2. A list of all the lists that you are aware of, e.g. all the items that will be present when using KDE (again I know there will be others that you can't predict).

This will give us a good start on producing a design solution.
