Unity-Greeter / LightDM does not indicate if a user is already logged on when trying to log in a 2nd+ user, whilst the 1st user is already logged in

Bug Description
In GDM, is you goto log in a 2nd user the GDM menu shows you if another account is already logged in. In unity-greeter this currently does not show.
there is no way currently from unity-greeter to see if other users are currently logged in

Confirmed. In the GTK greeter this seems to be indicated by the user name font being bold - not exactly good either.
