Handle CTRL+U to restart typing the password from the beginning

Bug Description

One of the thing I often use in the terminal is the CTRL+U that let me retape my password from the beginning when doing a mistake during typing.

I don't have this behavior with lightdm and I have to use the backspace key during few seconds to be able to retype my password.

Do you know if it would be possible to add the CTRL+U shortcut on lightdm as well?
