[compiz] staticswitcher doesn't show the rectangle when changing windows

staticswitcher is the default plugin to handle Alt+Tab, showing the effect to the user and changing to the desired window. Everything works besides having a rectangle moving and showing the window that it'll bring at focus, so it's hard to know which window he's focusing.
