Bug Description

Steps to reproduce

1. Have multiple Users set up in Chromium. For example, I have one user for work and one user for home use. These are Chromium users - accessed through Settings -> Users.
2. Integrate, for example, Google Mail in your home users account and pin the icon to the launcher.
3. Log out & back in to clean up
4. Launch the GMail web app from the launcher
5. Using the user switcher in the top left corner open a new window for the other user
6. Notice that you cant enter urls in the new window.

It is not actually related to the "multiple user accounts" use case. It applies anytime you launch a WebApp through the launcher and open a regular chromium window afterwards (that open in the same session as the first one).

Agree with Alexandre Abreu (abreu-alexandre) - I have 1 user in Chromium 24.0.1312.56-0ubuntu0.12.10.3, and this bug exists for me (very annoying), also it was in some previous versions. You need to close all Chromium windows and then restart browser to make URLs being accepted again.
