Bug Description

I have attached a screenshot of my desktop that shows the problem.
I'm using only Google Chromium (no firefox installed) on my system Ubuntu 12.04 64bit.
I have installed some Webapps, but when I switch between the windows (ALT+TAB), I can see only the Chromium icon, and not the separated icons for each webapp.
For example, in the attached screenshot you can see on the right the window of the GMail WebApp, and on the left the window of the Chromium application. In the ALT+TAB window you can see that there is no separated icon for the GMail webApp as it should be.

Moreover, when I click on the GMail icon on the launcher, nothing happens. I mean, that the window of the WebApp is not summoned. It's like this icon is not "active", but the little triangle is present because the WebApp is actually opened.
