Bug Description

Hallo
Testcase:
Using Chromium, start two or more apps from the launcher.
Open a terminal and type top
You can see a running browser for each app sterted.
Is expected that an app open a new tab in an already running browser

I think apps are suppose to get their own windows, not new tabs.

imho is better to browse them by tabs, but this is just my opinion.
This also avoid the tranparent and sometime double chromium icon on the launcher.

I would support separate browser instances since you can then also use separate profiles to fully isolate the webapps. You can always open a webapp manually in a tab (I like to pin the tabs).

The "one window per Web App" is there by design, suggestions are welcome though.

This is how Chromium functions, it's really what distinguishes it from Firefox (and also the main reason I don't use it). Every tab in Chromium runs in its own browser process, it has nothing to do with Unity Web Apps. Having said that, I certainly wish Web Apps would open in an existing browser *window* in a pinned tab, as opposed to a new window, regardless of the browser used.
