Searching from Calibre didn't return anything...

I have several Calibre books sotred under folder /home/username/文件( documents as in chinese)/Calibre書庫（book library in Chinese）
And I can't see any results coming from Calibre.
But Google books in ok!!!

Thanks for the lens but this is affecting me.

Hi, thank you for the bug report.

Could you post here the output of this command in a terminal:
cat ~/.config/calibre/global.py | grep library_path

Here it is!

library_path = u'/home/extraymond/\u6587\u4ef6/Calibre \u66f8\u5eab'
and
database_path = '/home/extraymond/library1.db'

This two doesn't exist on my computer.
I guess it should be
/home/extraymond/文件/Calibre 書庫/
and
/home/extraymond/文件/Calibre 書庫/metadata.db

Thank you for your help. I've recreated your conditions and tested it. I'm confirming the bug.
