Bug Description
Steps to Repro:
1. Have the launcher hidden and another application opened
2. Click on the minimize button on the title bar on this application
Expected Result:
the application should be minimized, the launcher should show the application icon for less than a second and then hide again.
Actual result:
the application is minimized, but Launcher does nothing.
