Bug Description
Steps to Repro:
1. Have a maximized application opened and launcher hidden
2. put the mouse under the launcher area
3. press super and keep it pressed
4. Once the launcher here, release super
Expected Result:
the launcher should disappear
Actual Result:
the launcher stays open until you move the mouse away
