Bug Description

For those that don't watch the video, what happens is I run `gnome-terminal`, lock the screen and unlock it - the terminal window is layed over the lock screen.
Then, I open up Gedit - doesn't happen.
Also, something that I didn't mention in the video is that the launcher is showing when the screen is locked as well.
