Bug Description
Alt-tab under Unity-2D does not always raise the target window; eg. in the following situation I had:
1. Firefox window, maximised
2. Terminal, (opened first), windowed
3. Alt-tab from Firefox to Terminal icon in switcher popup
4. Thin white overlaid outline of terminal appears
5. Release alt-tab
What happened:
6. the White outline disappeared, and Firefox stayed on top
What should have happened:
6. the Terminal previewed by the white-outline should have appeared on top.
Workaround:
I got out this mode with some (mouse-based) windowing/

Do you think it could be the same issue as in bug #735205 ?
