[chinese] Unity file and folder search result not as expected

Searching for “文件” for “Documents” returns the “Documents” folder and 2 other documents named in English I just created.

See screenshot for reference.

There are 2 issues here.
First, it doesn't show all files and folders as I expected. There is also “文” in the home folder name in Chinese but it is not shown in the search result.

Second, there is no "文” in the displayed file name of the other 2 items (files), they are named in English.

Additionally, you may want to rebuild indexes, as the old ones may pretend to be up to date, where they in fact do not take the new CJK keywords into account, having been built previously.

Mikkel, Brandon: could you tell Samantha a way to rebuild them?

Hi all,
I verified this issue again and I created 1 file named as "无标题文" and 1 folder named as "文文“, searching before open that file and folder, the result is same as Samantha.

After I open the named of "无标题文“ file and "文文" folder to build the index, the search result return 1 result as "无标题文“ file and other 2 English file(file content is English) without "文文" folder.

Verify:
#1. Input "瀏覽" in unity 2D dash for Search "Firefox網路瀏覽器"(Firefox) the search result reply nothing.
#2. Input "網" in unity 2D dash for Search "Firefox網路瀏覽器" the search result also reply nothing.
#3. Input '軟體中心' for search 『Ubuntu軟體中心』(ubuntu software center) also reply nothing.
#4. Search some file by type CHT word also reply nothing. (open the target file before search for build index).

If anything I'm missing, please advice.

Thank you Ray for pointing this out. The last problem will be fixed when the branch attached gets merged. The problem was unity 2d lost the support for non ascii but it was fixed and is now waiting to be merged.

There is another bug that this relates to under zeitgeist, which does all the indexing for unity. The problem with false positives and new folders not getting indexed is not a bug contained under unity-2d or unity-lens*. Here is the bug:
