Bug Description
Steps to reproduce:
1) Make sure auto maximization of large windows is activated in metacity (gconf key: /apps/metacity/
2) Launch /usr/bin/
3) Resize the window so that it covers most (>75%) of the available area of the screen
4) Exit the libreoffice launcher
5) Launch /usr/bin/
Expected result: the panel contains the window’s buttons (close, minimize, (un)maximize) and the window’s title (LibreOffice).
Current result: this area of the panel is empty.

I can also observe the issue in Unity.
I believe it is a bug in bamf: the matcher never seems to emit an ActiveWindowChanged signal when LibreOffice’s window appears.
A possible workaround that was implemented in Unity-2d is to also monitor the ViewOpened signal (which is correctly emitted) and update the status of the appname applet accordingly.
