[launcher] ampersands in place entry sections should be escaped

Bug Description
With today’s updates in Natty, the applications place ships with new sections, some of which have an ampersand ('&') in their names ("Science & Engineering", "Themes & Tweaks").
Those should be escaped when displayed in the quicklists, otherwise the ampersand is interpreted as a keyboard shortcut for the menu action and displayed as an underscore.
