[launcher] Firefox 4 from PPA (Minefield) no option to keep in launcher

I can't add any application icon to the left panel. By default a group of applications' icons appear in the left panel but I can't add any other new, I just can delete the ones that already exist.

You have just to run the application you want, then right click on the icon and check "Keep in Launcher" like on the screenshot.

With Firefox 4 it is not working.

Jonas, are you using the Firefox daily PPA on Ubuntu Maverick? If so I believe you are hitting the same issues as in bug #712227

I believe that these issues are fixed in Ubuntu Natty where Firefox 4 is the default.

Florian but I don't get that same behaviour with my Minefield. When I open
Minefield and I rick-click in the icon the option to keep in launcher does
not appears. That's the bug I'm reporting.

Jonas, you are right. Sorry about that. I removed the 'duplicate' marker. Note that I believe these 2 bugs share the same fundamental cause.
