Bug Description

Description: Ubuntu 10.10
Release: 10.10

unity:
  Installed: (none)
  Candidate: 0.2.46-0ubuntu5
  Version table:
     0.2.46-0ubuntu5 0
        500 http://archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/ maverick-updates/main i386 Packages
     0.2.46-0ubuntu4 0
        500 http://archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/ maverick/main i386 Packages

I have recently installed unity 2d on Ubuntu 10.10. I have noticed that whenever I add an application into the sidebar panel, I cannot drag and drop the applet to my desired place. All that happens when I click and drag, it moves the whole bar, instead of the applet.

What I expected to happen is for the individual applet to move instead of the whole panel.
