Bug Description
Add 'shelf' to bottom of Launcher for the Trash Can
Description:
The 'shelf' is a area at the bottom of the Launcher that by default only contains the Trash Can. It is always aligned to the bottom of the screen and is always visible. Like the rest of the dash it is configurable, and if a user so chooses they can add other Dash icons to the 'shelf' area.
