[launcher] drag & drop to reorder applications

The launcher should allow the user to reorder applications via drag&drop.

Requires bug #682582 to be implemented first.

The technique described at http://developer.qt.nokia.com/wiki/Drag_and_Drop_within_a_GridView works fine except that I’m hitting http://bugreports.qt.nokia.com/browse/QTBUG-15841 which messes up the visual order of the applications in the launcher.This will be fixed in Qt 4.7.2, and there is a trivial patch attached to the bug report that I think we should consider backporting.

I found a rather simple workaround for the bug in QML mentioned above, meaning we won’t have to backport the patch into Qt. See revision 394 in lp:~osomon/unity-2d/dnd-reorder-apps.
