The infrastructure to decide what applications can accept what file/mimetypes is not in place in maverick, So this isn't possible until N, gritty details: We need the mimetypes of all the desktop files in main + interesting applications outside of main to be reviewed to make sure their mimetypes are correct/inplace. its not at a point right now where we can not highlight applications because their desktop files aren't complete
