Week 39 - Launcher fails to reposition to beginning of the list

Unity 2D-Ubuntu 12.04 Precise with ppa:unity-team/sru

Issue: Launcher postion remains at bottom of the list and does not reposition. Tooltips are visible in the background when dash is open.

Action:
Launcher visible, scrolled down, hit Super

Expected result:
Launcher reposition to beginning - and its tooltips/menus should hide. (lp:876632)
