broken/dead links occur when dragging existing links into another child-container

Bug Description

1st things first. the app is great!! thx a lot for programming this very helpful tool!

the prog seems to be full functional and stable. but there occur some problems if you try to alter existing links via mouse (drag/drop) in the tree view.

generally existing backlinks get broken or lost if the child-container from the link-side has changed.
maybe a 're-indexing' option would also be useful in future versions.

i'm looking forward for fix the existing issue and further development.

it's a great app!!
