Using a relative path as project dir don't work

Bug Description

If you try to set a project dir setting a relative dir (in your .unidistro) it fail because it don't create properly the tmp dir path.

It seems that fail in full path creation in metapackages (maybe configpackages too) generation.

In unidistro-esau branch there is a version that seems to work using relative dir. It should be tested before going to trunk.
