Bug Description
Build failure in Jenkins:
pbuilder_
configure.ac:82: error: possibly undefined macro: AS_COMPILER_FLAGS
If this token and others are legitimate, please use m4_pattern_allow.

make[1]: *** [configure] Error 1
I'll attach a log of the build. Any advice offered on a build method which would squash this error is appreciated.
