starts with incomprehensible and incorrect translation

When starting unetbootin version 555 directly from the browser used to download it on a windows server 2008 r2 computer set to english language and norwegian formats (date, time and such) and norwegian keyboard layout, the following happens:

Approximately half of the text in the main window is printed in norwegian (note that the text is norwegian, but not in any good way related to the interface elements it describes). The rest is english and correct.

Expected results: All text correct and in the language used by the user.

Workaround: add " lang=en" to command line. (this is not intuitive)
