Bug Description
I used unetbootin on windows 7 64-bit machine to create a live usb with ubuntu 10.04. The creation was successful but when i try to boot, it just hangs with black screen and blinking cursor on the top left. I also tried ubuntu 64-bit and 32-bit versions. Both did not work. I suspect it is something to do with syslinux execution.
I just tried to execute syslinux command from cmd prompt and i get this error
Accessing physical drive: The request is not supported.
Did not successfully update the MBR; continuing...
I also tried with the local admin account and its still the same.
However when i use windows XP the issue is not reproducible. The installation is successful and it boots fine.
