I removed the custom kernel option because it was cluttering the interface, and it didn't seem like many people were using it. If you really need it, try 471 or an older version from http://sourceforge.net/projects/unetbootin/files/

However, because the ISO option can use anything that 7-zip can extract (including zip files), it may just work if you supply the zip file itself to the ISO option.

Thank you.  I use an older version and found the interface.

I removed the custom kernel option because it was cluttering the
interface, and it didn't seem like many people were using it. If you
really need it, try 471 or an older version from
http://sourceforge.net/projects/unetbootin/files/

However, because the ISO option can use anything that 7-zip can extract
(including zip files), it may just work if you supply the zip file
itself to the ISO option.

nice suggestion with the zip file in the iso field.
What about renaming the iso dropdown to iso/zip.
Additionally i was irritated by the screenshots which shows the kernel/initrd/options fields and not having it in the current .exe.

To give my two cents: For me it doesn't clitter the interface.

Removing a feature is a bad idea any way you look at it.
Not everyone can compile their own. I downloaded UNetbootin for Fedora and cannot use it because it's missing the "custom" option. Please put it back, or at least put a command line option for the Custom option..
