Bug Description

I have downloaded xPUD .iso and tried to install it to a Kingston 1Gb USB stick. I get the error in step 2 (extracting and copying files) 'no file associated with this application...please set file association etc.' It refers to cmd32. The same error is reported in step 3 installing bootloader. I have tried to format the USB drive as NTFS but with the same result. I have also used the option 'distribution' instead of 'iso' but with the same result.
I have also tried installing openSUSE but with the same problem. The error reported is no file associated with c:\\\\un2746.exe. This shows that this is not a distribution related issue.
When inspecting the files installed on the USB I find:
syslinux.cfg 1kb
ubnfilel.txt (empty)
ubninit 22k
ubnkern 2k
ubnpathl.txt (empty)
vesamenu.c32 143k

I use Vista 32 business

I did search both provided links on your faq but did not find the problem.

When I was using the link Unetbootin - Bootland (http://www.boot-land.net/forums/index.php?showforum=79) my browser got hijacked by a rogue program that had detected security treats. I had to reboot to get rid of the nuisance. Just relaunching my Firefox resulted in my home page not appearing but the rogue site instead (although my home page setting had not been changed)

I'm getting the same error about file associations with super_grub_disk_0.9799.iso on Windows 7.
