Bug Description

I am on Ubuntu 8.10 and used unetbootin_304-4_i386.deb.
When I boot on a usb key I receive following messages :
Searching for Boot Record from USB RMD-FDD..OK
SYSLINUX 3.63 Debian-2008-07-15 CBIOS Copyright (C) 1994-2008 H. Peter Anvin
boot:

The PC does not go further .If I type on the ENTER key , I receive following message :
Could not find kernel image : linux.

I also installed on another USB key SYSTEMRESCUECD and I have the same problem.
I also verified that all recommended dependencies where installed. see http://packages.ubuntu.com/jaunty/unetbootin.

I occured this problem too - after formating the USB key everything worked.
source machine: Ubuntu 9.04, Unetbootin 304-1 (AMD X2, ATI chipset, 2GB RAM, 80GB HDD, ATI X300-based integratedVGA)
Image: Ubuntu 9.10 beta
target PC: Toshiba NB100 (Intel Atom, Intel945 chipset, 1GB RAM, 120GB HDD, Intel integrated VGA)
USB-key: A-Data 8GB model PD18

I suppose, unetbootin needs not just empty (deleted) USBkey - it must be clearly formated.
