unetbootin missing menu entry persistent

Description:

With unetbootin on xubuntu 16.04 amd64 on an USB-live-stick there was put xubuntu 17.04 amd64.
When starting in EFI-mode there was no menu entry to select for persistent.

Solutions:

1) You can choose e for edit one entry an add there persistent before (splash ---).
2) Or edit /grub/menu.cfg on created USB-live-stick and loopback.cfg and add there an menu-entry.

Solution 2) will add missing option to select in menu persistent or permanent.

Additional:
Change options quiet to noqiet and splash to nosplash to see details of booting. In case of failing you will know where it stops.

It's a minor challenge for most users, but for anybody who will use linux for first time it will be perhaps a non solvable challenge.
