Bug Description

When booting the F19 install ISO from a USB created from unetbootin on a UEFI system, the root image is not found:
[ 197.571596] localhost dracut-initqueue[395]: Warning: Could not boot.
[ 197.574126] localhost dracut-initqueue[395]: Warning: /dev/root does not exist

Fedora's liveusb-creator works. Looks like unetbootin isn't setting the kernel cmdline arguments properly in the UEFI case.
