version 585 dose not start in windows8

Bug Description
I'm on windows 8 and I wanted to use unetbootin to install ubuntu on a usb drive, I downloaded the latest version (585) for windows, but when I launch the .exe file, the program dosen't start. So I downloaded the version 584 and it did start and works well. The same thing happened on my desktop and laptop computers (both running windows 8 enterprise edition).
