Add C4C Lubuntu ReSpin to list of distros

Please add the C4C Lubuntu 12.10 ReSpin to the list of distributions UNetbootin can download for users. The ISO can already be loaded correctly via the Diskimage option and has been tested several times over.

UNetbootin continues to be used by us to install the C4C Lubuntu ReSpin, now at version 13.10 on many computers. It would be nice to have the c4clrs.iso added to the list of distros your users may download.
