Bug Description

When using unetbootin-windows-578.exe to create the bootable USB drive that is formatted as NTFS the system gives an error when booting from it stating

BOOTMGR is missing
Press Ctrl+Alt+Del to restart

This happened with netrunner-4.2-amd64 and Fedora-17-x86_64-Live-Desktop iso's.
