Show the speed on the screen also when not navigating

When in movement, the app tangoGPS/foxtrotGPS showed the speed with big red numbers in
the left upper corner of the screen, more or less in the same size as today the time
on the lock screen of the E4.5. This is esp. usefull if one is not in a car, but in a bicicle
or in public transport system.

It should be possible to view speed even when not navigating.

I changed the bug description a bit. Knowing the current speed is useful for users in many use cases - checking the car's exact speed (even if not navigating), checking (for fun) train's/airplane's speed and so on.

With past apps like the FoxtrotGPS people have experience of, I've found it useful.

to make my CR clear: I am talking about the screen where one only has the current map with blue ball in the place where you are; you are moving, walking, riding, the map moves accordingly, and there are no other buttons on the left side (as I saw in a video); now it would be fine if some big numbers in the upper left corner, for example, show the current speed; I will check if I can find an old picture from tangoGPS...
