Sort snippets alphabetically when listing all snippets

Snippets show up when listing in random order, which is hard to navigate.

I set this to incomplete because I can see two schools of thought here:

1) Having the snippets appear in the order you define them in the file
2) Having the snippets appear in alphabetical order.

Note that generally speaking this only applies to non regular-expression triggers. reg-exp triggers are usually hard to list.

I prefer 2) and therefore vote to implement this as suggest in the OP. I am against providing an option as the feature creep starts alread spreading over UltiSnips.

as there where no more suggestions, sorting snippets alphabetically is it then. So the patch of allait can be applied.
