Virtualbox guest additions and pcman

Virtualbox guest additions is using pcman wrong

problem:
1. doesn't stretch wallpaper
2. doesn't change windows size right

well sorta

for pcman you have to use the restart or daemon switch to make it work
add this at the end of the vboxrandrfile
and for some reason it didn't always work with me
(could be my linux setup)
