Remove LXTerminal from panel

Bug Description
LxTerminal should not be present on the panel by default. Anyone who knows how to use a terminal window will know how to put it there if they want it.
Anyone who doesn't know is going to click it and get a black screen and not know what to do. It's even before the web browser and email client so the first in the row to click.
I appreciate all the leet ubuntulite developers like it there and will use it. I like it there and I use it. But for ordinary people using it, it's just a distraction and confusion. IMO. I agree with Ubuntu that doesn't put it there by default.
