Sylpheed should be identified as an Email Client

Bug Description
Whereas Kazehakase is usefully identified as a Web Browser in both the Applications/
the same is not true of Sylpheed. I think it would be more friendly and helpful to include "Sylpheed Email" in both the panel and menu option.
I personally would not use "Sylpheed Email Client" because "client" is a term that would not be meaningful to some users, whereas just knowing it has something to do with Email is immediately helpful.

Sylpheed is a very good email client :):)
One of the few bits of software which "just work"
