Best wishes to JCHulce. I think it might be worth taking the pressure off a little and target the UGR release for some time after Natty is released (only days away).
As for a name that's a little less English-speking-centric (only a little):
How about LeprechaunOS. It is, after all, originally a Gaeilge (Irish) word for 'gnome', not English.
Again, I couldn't find it taken anywhere else.
