Bug Description

Following a bug reported in Gnome

- running Ubuntu Gnome Remix 12.10

- Symptom:
using Evolution 3.6.2 not fully translated (including notifications in English)
GNOME side, everything is translated (strings are
modules in evolution and evolution-data-server)

- Problem
language-pack-gnome-en-base was not rebuilt since October 11, 2012.

we got new langpacks for raring, does that solve the issue? (the report mentioned the gnome remix 12.10, but do delta updates and not new base uploads as SRUs afaik)

We have a larger issues with LangPack update with no clear owner of this, and no clear automation if I understand things properly.
