I don't know if you handle updates to summit.ubuntu.com or if this should be reported elsewhere.

http://summit.ubuntu.com/media/lifestream.html# has a Karmic banner at the top, a link to https://wiki.ubuntu.com/UDSKarmic and mentions Barcelona. The time seems to be on UTC time just like Barcelona.
