Ubuntu miro community unused. Should be deprecated.

The Ubuntu Miro Community (http://ubuntu.mirocommunity.org), which is found at http://uds.ubuntu.com/agenda/ in the bottom section called "Recording", is currently not being utilized. It was set up during a time when Miro was the most likely and viable distribution avenue, however it clearly has not been upkept.

I'd typically propose for us to just start using it (I did submit some videos from UDS - August 2013 however they are yet to be approved), however the Miro Community page is prone to crashing for extensive periods of time, particularly when any minor amount of people attempt to access it, or during times when there is a large amount of submissions (as I found out).

As a replacement, I propose creating a "Recordings" page. I'd imagine we can easily take the list of UDS 1308 meetings found at http://summit.ubuntu.com/uds-1308/all/ and add them to the Recordings page, as well as recordings from prior UDS(es), breaking them up into sections and sub-sections (as is already done in the UDS 1308/all page).

I'd recommend deprecating it from the site as we just don't use it. All our videos are uploaded to youtube, so simply need indexing somewhere.
