breaking and conflicts with other apps

if usb-modeswitch is running it generates endless warnings and also do break the perform of usb-creator, really bad!

Are you sure udev-notify is causing this? Try disabling it form
What kind of warnings does usb_modeswitch generate? If you mean normal udev-notify notifications - they are normal. Maybe annoying if you see several of them appearing one after another, but normal. This is because of the way usb_modeswitch works.
As for the usb-creator - I need more info on this, bacause I tested it on Ubuntu 10.10 and 11.04, and USB Creator works fine.
What kind of errors do you get?

Thanks for reply, I don't know how work usb-modeswitch but in my case the notifications appears endless, if is normal, was to provide a stop for repeated notifications in a short period of time.

About usb-creator, it freezed at install bootloader, after uninstall udev-notify, it work normally, maybe is only a case...

My distro is Ubuntu 10.04, not very up to date, but i prefer to have a LTS.

Thanks, I will test it with 10.04.
The multiple notifications are an issue however, and I am trying to find good way for reducing them.
