Bug Description

http://package-import.ubuntu.com/status/qemu-kvm.html#2011-05-16%2017:12:45.463425 shows qemu-kvm failed to import due to something to do with debian/qemu-kvm.1. I don't understand the message - it seems to be trying to re-add a file which has been there since 2009?
