package-import.ubuntu.com/status should show all import statuses

Bug Description

http://package-import.ubuntu.com/status only shows you import failures, but it would actually be very handy to get an overview of the statuses (and build logs/details?) for all package imports, especially including successful ones. This way p-i.u.c can be used as an overview page and provides better assurance that a package is actually being imported (and doesn't e.g. just not exist in Ubuntu).

It would probably be reasonable to have 2 separate pages. One for just
the stuff that is failing, and another describing all running imports.
