something wrong with source file of gfxboot-theme-ubuntu

Bug Description
When i used uck to create a livecd with gnome ,it crashed with the code under:
"bin/po2txt he.po >he.tr
open2: exec of fribidi --nopad --nobreak failed at bin/po2txt line 112
make[1]: *** [he.tr] mistake 2
make[1]:正在离开目录 `/tmp/tmp.
make: *** [po] mistake 2"
and i downloaded the source file and made it myself, the mistake occured again. Then i open "he.po" and found that there was something wrong in line112. i cant understand why and only chose to del the he.po,then it made smoothly
My environment is ubuntu 13.04 in chinese language(not the UbuntuKylin), upgrade just two days before.

I receive this same error:

My environment is 13.04 Gnome Fallback under VMware Player.
I also run into this error running 13.04 in an xfce sesssion on different hardware.
THe error occurs whether I am customizing the build or simply removing the Windows pieces.
