Add a -c arg to run-tests to be able to test an entire component

Bug Description
Since currently run-tests works based on regex, and there are quite a few
components that it isn't obvious how to run the tests for (I shouldn't have
to list the tests in order to find out how to run the tests for the test
runner), a '-c' arg should be added to run-tests so that I can specify a
component by name.. ex:
./run-tests -c test_runner
./run-tests -c branch-
./run-tests -c image-builder
