[UIFe/FFe] Please upload ubuntustudio-default-settings

We have made changes to ubuntustudio-default-settings:
- Merging ubuntustudio-lightdm-theme in it
- Switching to numix-blue theme for the desktop and for lightdm.

These changes were made prior to UI freeze but were not uploaded. The last user with upload-rights had to move on a bit impromptu the day before UI-freeze, hence this request for exceptional sponsorship.

Update: here is the PPA

But there is not yakkety builds in there yet.

Thanks, having a link to the changes you are talking about would be useful for the UIe/FFe, see https://wiki.ubuntu.com/FreezeExceptionProcess for details.

You should also subscribe the "ubuntu-release" team to the bug so they can review your request

Unsubscribing sponsors for now since there is no content to sponsor here, you should link to the vcs/ppa or add a debdiff and get the FFe approved before it can be uploaded then you can subscribe the sponsors back to the bug

Attaching a debdiff for ubuntustudio-default-settings. It builds fine, and I have tested using this ppa:

Need to tweak the lightdm greeter config next.

A debdiff is now attached for the final piece of the puzzle (ubuntustudio-lightdm-theme). It has been tested in the same ppa. There are no string changes to worry about for both uploads, because they are only changes to the default theme configuration (for a new look to Yakkety compared to Xenial).

Is the ubuntustudio team doing something to address this? The folks responsible for the package changes in a flavor should have direct upload rights, and not be dependent on sponsorship.

@Steve Langasek: Yes, i believe Ross has applied but didn't get approved this round. As you know it's a process and the main issue we face in that respect is the current size of the team and finding new engaged people with actual devel-skills.
