Bug Description
After inserting an Ubuntu CD in an Ubuntu system, a dialog box with the following text appears
"A distribution volume with software packages has been detected.
Would you like to try to upgrade from it automatically?
Cancel Start Package Manager Run upgrade"
An UbuntuStudio 7.10 disk does not behave the same way when inserted in an UbuntuStudio 7.04 system.
